2. Lubrication of rolling bearing grease: The normal temperature of the bearing should be less than 70 ℃, with an allowable temperature of 80 ℃. The inlet oil temperature should be between 35 ℃ and 45 ℃, and the outlet oil temperature should be between 55 ℃ and 65 ℃. The temperature rise should be less than 40 ℃

3. Sliding bearings: The normal temperature of the bearing should be less than 70 ℃, with a tolerance of 80 ℃. The inlet oil temperature should be between 35 ℃ and 45 ℃, and the outlet oil temperature should be between 55 ℃ and 65 ℃. The temperature rise should be less than 40 ℃

4. Sliding bearings: The normal temperature of the bearing should be less than 65 ℃, with a tolerance of 70 ℃. The inlet oil temperature should be between 35 ℃ and 45 ℃, and the outlet oil temperature should be between 55 ℃ and 65 ℃. The temperature rise should be less than 35 ℃

2、 Pay attention to the vibration and impact noise of the unit. Regularly check the amplitude of the bearing seat using a vibration meter. Pay attention to whether there are any collisions or other sounds inside the machine.

3、 Use an ammeter to monitor the load of the motor, and do not allow the centrifugal fan to operate for a long time in a state of high load.

4、 For centrifugal fans such as dust and coal powder, it is necessary to check whether the changes in dust and ash particles meet the requirements for the use of centrifugal fans.

5、 For temperature resistant centrifugal fans, attention should be paid to changes in gas temperature and whether it exceeds the allowable temperature of the centrifugal fan.
