1. Before installing the axial flow fan, please check if there is any deformation during the entire transportation process of the delivered fan. If there is any deformation, please contact the manufacturer or make slight adjustments before proceeding with installation.

2. During installation, pay attention to checking whether there is any looseness in the connecting parts. The spacing between the blades and the cylinder body must be symmetrical and there should be no impact

3. The connecting ventilation duct pipeline cannot be borne by the fan and blower, and additional support points should be added during installation.

4. It is necessary to install air collectors at the natural ventilation and air outlet ends, and it is expected that the equipment will be reliably protected by iron mesh.

5. The fan base must be integrated with the foundation plane and cannot be forcibly connected to avoid deformation of the base. During installation, the base should be corrected, the sealing gasket should be increased, and the level position should be maintained. Then, tighten the foot screws.

6. After installation, it is necessary to conduct experiments and switch to the normal side before announcing the application.
