Centrifugal fan is a complex mechanical equipment with key components including air inlet, electric air valve, centrifugal impeller, motor, and ventilation port. The actual effect of centrifugal fans varies in different situations. Therefore, if the operating conditions of different parts are not different, the actual effect of centrifugal fans will be compromised. Adjusting the centrifugal fan to a good condition can start from several aspects.
1. Centrifugal fans allow the motor to start at rated power or the electric type for blood pressure reduction. However, it should be noted that the current required for starting the motor at rated power is about 5-7 times the rated current. The starting torque for blood pressure reduction is proportional to the square meter of the working voltage. When the power grid capacity is insufficient, blood pressure reduction should be used for starting.
2. During the trial operation of the centrifugal fan, please read the product manual carefully and check if the wiring method is consistent with the wiring method; Check whether the operating frequency of the supply and demand balance fan switch power supply meets the regulations, whether the switch power supply is disconnected or in the same position, and whether the volume of the electrical components used meets the regulations.
3. During the trial operation, there were more than two people in total. One person operated the power switch and the other observed the operation of the fan. If any abnormal situation was found, the machine was immediately shut down for inspection; First check if the rotation direction is appropriate; After the centrifugal fan starts running, it should be checked whether the current of each phase is balanced and whether the current exceeds the rated current; If there are any abnormal conditions, the machine should be shut down for inspection. After running for five minutes, turn off the fan and check if there are any abnormal conditions before starting it again.
4. When testing the dual speed centrifugal fan, first start the low-speed gear and check if the rotation direction is appropriate; When starting at high speed, be sure to wait for the fan to come to a complete stop before restarting to prevent reverse rotation at high speed, which may cause power switch tripping and motor damage.
5. When the centrifugal fan exceeds the normal speed ratio, it is necessary to accurately measure whether the input current of the fan is normal. The operating current of the centrifugal fan cannot exceed its rated current. If the operating current exceeds its rated current, it is necessary to check whether the working voltage of the supply and demand balance is normal.
6. Centrifugal fans require motor output power, which means that under a constant load, a large output power is required for the centrifugal fan and fan case when the air inlet is fully open. If the air inlet is fully opened and operated, there is a risk of damage to the motor. It is recommended to close the gate valve on the inlet or outlet pipeline of the fan during the trial operation. After operation, gradually open the gate valve until the required load is exceeded, and pay attention to whether the operating current of the fan exceeds the rated current.
Strictly implementing the adjustment method described can adjust the centrifugal fan to achieve a high efficiency of over 98%.
