A pressurized air supply fan is a fan that directs air towards the escape corridor. It sends outdoor wind pressure into the indoor environment. When a fire occurs, it will produce a large amount of smoke, carbon monoxide, and other toxic gases, and obstruct the line of sight. Therefore, it is decided to use a positive pressure air supply fan to supply air to the fire escape stairs, preventing indoor smoke from reaching the stairs and creating conditions for everyone to escape. The positive pressure air supply fan is usually installed at the top of the building floor, and the positive pressure atmosphere valve on each floor is linked. In the early stages of a fire, open the atmosphere valve, start the positive pressure air supply fan, stairs, and in the positive pressure elevator hall (air conditioning).

When installing the positive pressure air supply fan, the connection between the fan and the ground and atmosphere outlet pipes should be naturally adjusted and not forcibly connected. The weight of the pipes should not be added to the wind turbine components.

2. During the installation of the fan, check and inspect each component, add lubricating oil, and tighten the fan wiring terminals. After the inspection is completed, connect and tighten each component.

3. If there is significant vibration during the operation of the positive pressure air supply fan, it must be stopped immediately for inspection.

4. Check the soft connection between the fan and the air duct, and immediately change if any damage is found. Wind turbines should be protected from rain when used outdoors.

5. Check the fan blades according to the designated time, clean the dust on the surface, remove impurities such as dust and dirt inside the fan, and guard against rust.

6. Manually rotate the positive pressure air supply fan to check its tightness. The invention requires immediate maintenance.

7. Eliminate dust from the exterior and interior of the control box, and inspect the components inside the box
